Production Workflow

Our integrated production process ensures efficiency and consistency:

Raw Material Sourcing: We partner with top Chinese mills like TPCO and HBIS.
Slitting: Coils are slit to precise widths for pipe production.
Forming & Welding: High-frequency welding creates a smooth, strong seam.
Sizing & Cutting: Pipes are sized to exact OD and cut to standard or custom lengths.
Galvanizing/Painting: Protective coatings are applied in our automated workshops.
Quality Testing: Rigorous checks at every stage (Hydro, Tensile, Visual).
Packaging: Secure bundling and sea-worthy wrapping for export.

Technological Edge

We invest heavily in R&D and equipment upgrades. Our current facility features 6 high-frequency welding lines, 3 automated galvanizing pools, and a precision slitting center. This allows us to maintain a stable lead time of 15-30 days even for large-volume orders.
