Sino East Steel Quality Control Process

At Sino East Steel, quality is not just a department—it is our core philosophy. We implement a multi-stage Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure 100% compliance with international standards and customer specifications.

1. Raw Material Inspection

Before production begins, all incoming steel strips and coils undergo comprehensive testing:

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Our technicians monitor the production line 24/7 to catch potential issues early:

Welding Integrity: For ERW pipes, we perform continuous ultrasonic testing on the weld seam to detect any internal defects.
Surface Finish: Visual and manual inspection for scratches, pits, or uneven coating during the galvanizing process.
Zinc Coating Measurement: Use of magnetic gauges to verify that zinc coating thickness meets the required g/m² specification.

3. Laboratory Testing Methods

Our in-house lab is equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment to conduct the following:

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final inspection covers packaging, marking, and loading. We provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) according to EN 10204 3.1 for every shipment. We also welcome third-party inspections from SGS, BV, TUV, and Intertek to provide additional peace of mind for our international clients.

Our Quality Commitment

Our "Zero-Defect" policy ensures that every piece of steel leaving our factory is ready for immediate use in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
