Our hot-dip galvanizing line features automated temperature control systems, ensuring uniform zinc coating thickness from 30g/m² to 275g/m². Annual galvanizing capacity: 200,000 MT.
Multiple ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) and seamless pipe production lines. Output range: 1/2" to 48" diameter, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 40mm. Standards: ASTM A53, A106, API 5L, BS1387, DIN 2440.
Cold rolling and hot rolling mills for steel coil production. PPGI coating line with precision color matching. Slitting and cut-to-length capabilities for custom widths.
In-house laboratory equipped with spectrometers, tensile testing machines, impact testers, and hydrostatic pressure testers. Every production batch undergoes rigorous quality checks per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
